Finding and Following:

Go to the Community tab and use the search bar to find friends by their username. Tap "Follow" to see their progress updates.

Blocking Users:

If you wish to block a user, navigate to their profile, tap the three dots (...) in the corner, and select "Block". They will no longer be able to see your profile or contact you.
