Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You must cancel through your device settings.
Since payments are processed by Apple or Google, we cannot cancel subscriptions directly.
On iPhone:
Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Oompf > Cancel Subscription.
On Android:
Go to Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Oompf > Cancel subscription.
